I offer various services to the customer. Anything from virus removal, to memory upgrades, video troubleshooting or updating and even custom built machines.

I also can assist in moving data and photos from old machines or hard drives to new computers. In today's economy most computer users get very upset when they go to high dollar computer repair guys, only to find out the repairs needed are so expensive they could buy a new computer instead of repairing theirs.

I assess what needs to be done, estimate the time needed to perform the repair and if it can't be completed in a few hours contact the customer to inform them of what I have learned and see what they would like to do.

Most computer services are offered as a quote for what is needed while accomplishing the main task.

Example: While installing a new hard drive or video card, I may just clean the inside of the case and vents to better extend the life of your machine.

Some things I can do, clean the case and vents, install hardware, remove malware / viruses, troubleshooting.
