I understand web site creation and that code was always reused during the old days, now-a-days it involves allot more, such as my licensing to reuse the site materials or templates of the programs I create with, you need to contact me to find out who is involved or possibly be sued by several entities.

Unless we have spoken or email permission is given all Web site content is Copy Right protected and any unauthorized use is forbidden by United States law.

Other photos or images and Web content are my intellectual property, you may contact me to borrow, learn or have me create any objects or logos used.

Therefore if it is my property or content such as photo and no mention of myself as the photographer or creator is included then you have slighted my talents and time spent creating there-fore you may be subject to plagiarism.
